The new Promaster Dive Automatic men's watch by Citizen goes deeper into the history of the original version of this diving watch that was released in 1989 for the new generation of dive watch enthusiasts. A design element that stands out is the distinctive, serrated bezel design that was inspired by a fugu, the Japanese name for pufferfish. Featuring a fully luminous dial and a 3-piece, 44mm case with anti-reflective sapphire crystal and an all-black ion-plated stainless steel case and bracelet, this iconic men's dive watch is a reimagining of the original. The black rotating bezel with a black easy-grip aluminum ring surrounds the easy-to-see fully luminous dial, while the case back features an engraving of a fugu or pufferfish. This technically advanced and automatic sport watch comes in an exclusive collector's dive tank and is ISO compliant with a screw-down crown and water resistant to 200 meters. Caliber 8204.

Return Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.
- Items that show signs of wear, damage, or have been resized, engraved, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.
- Special orders, Items that show signs of wear, damage, or have been resized, customized, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.
- Clearance, final sale (item with a discount/sale), or custom-made items cannot be returned.
Restocking Fee:
- All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
Return Process:
- Contact our customer support team at sales@diamondsoflondon.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Securely package the watch and ship it back using a trackable shipping service. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus the 20% restocking fee. Please allow 10-12 business days for the refund to process.
Exchanges:
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product (subject to the restocking fee) and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective watch, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
